Privacy & your information

In short

• This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store your medical records.
• Appointment requests are sent by you, through WhatsApp, directly to Yuki Health.
• We use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are used — not to identify you.
• Anything you enter in the Health Hub tools stays on your own device.

Appointment requests

When you use the appointment form, the details you type (the service, preferred date and time, the patient’s name, age if given, and any short note) are put into a WhatsApp message on your phone or computer. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the form itself does not save your details on this website.

Once you send it, the message is received by Yuki Health on WhatsApp so our team can reply and confirm your appointment. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that message. Please share only what is needed to book — we will ask about your health in person.

Calls, WhatsApp and email

If you call, message or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us, and use it only to respond to you and arrange your care.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — for example, how many people visit a page, or how often the “Call” or “Book” buttons are pressed. This helps us improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not send names, phone numbers or health details to Google Analytics.

You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or an extension such as Google’s opt-out add-on.

Health Hub tools

The BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar, water, walking, health score, medicine list and health records tools work inside your browser. Some of them remember your entries (such as blood pressure readings, your health score history and your medicine list) using your browser’s storage, on your device only. They are not sent to Yuki Health or anyone else.

If you share a device with others, they may be able to see this information. To remove it, use the tools’ Clear data option or clear this website’s data in your browser settings.

These tools give general guidance only and are not a diagnosis. Please see a doctor about your results.

Medicine reminders

If you allow notifications for medicine reminders, your browser shows them while this website is open. We do not receive your medicine list.

Maps, fonts and links

Maps on this website are provided by Google Maps and fonts by Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information (such as your IP address) when they load. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own privacy terms apply.
